We will send you a booking application form to sign and return to us, with a deposit of 30 % of the rental fee. Payment of the deposit constitues an acceptance of the conditions listed below.
Once we have received the booking application form and the deposit has been paid, we will be sent a rental agreement, in duplicate. One of these signed copies must be returned to us within a week. |

The balance of the payment must be settled 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
Payments must be made by cheque or transfer in Euro, made out to "Pierre Charron S.A." and sent to the following address:

A cheque for the security deposit of €230 must be made out upon arrival. The security deposit is returned to you upon departure, less any charges for damage which may have occured.
Should you check out before the check out time shown below, your security deposit will be kept and returned to you by mail once the apartment has been inspected. |

The occupancy tax is applicable from 01/05 to 30/09 inclusive, and payable per night and per person more than 13 years old.
The occupancy tax is not included in the cost of the rental. |

You must clean the apartment before your departure. For uncleaned apartment, a €91 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit unless the cleaning service (€46) has been requested at the time of the reservation or in the arrival. |

All cancellation requests must be made by REGISTERED MAIL
with acknowledgement of receipt AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
In case of cancellation 60 days prior to arrival date, the price of the rent will remain due according to the following scale:
- Cancellation 59 to 30 days prior to arrival date: 20% of the total amount
- Cancellation 29 to 8 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total amount
- Cancelletion 7 to 1 days prior to arrival date: 90% of the total amount.
The €15 handling fee (included in the price of the rental) is non-refundable.
No refund is given in the case of early departure. |

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €15 per stay on the condition they be kept on a leash. One pet per rental unit. |
